Our open-planned designs allow you to transition seamlessly into your new lifestyle. Whether you prefer a stand-alone villa or duplex style, we are able to accommodate your preference subject to availability at the time.
With two spacious bedrooms, a storage-friendly kitchen, and a wheel chair accessible bathroom, our units are designed for active retirees who enjoy easy living.
The community is fully fenced with a security gate system in place. Access to emergency services is via an emergency call button in each villa, which is monitored around-the-clock by care staff at Finlandia Village.
Each villa features:
- A kitchen with plenty of space for meal preparation and storage and modern appliances;
- A main bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, complete with sliding doors and built-in shelving;
- A open planed bathroom designed to increase the ease of mobility for our villa residents with shower support rails to ensure easy wheelchair access;
- A spacious laundry; and
- A extended single garage with automatic door openers.
