This financial year marked the successful re-structuring of the organisation under the management of our first CEO, Tony Rolfe.
Looking forward, the Association aims to carry out the following activities to improve building infrastucture during the 2009/2010 financial year:
- The implementation and documentation of the master plan
- Financial planning for the project
- Preparation and presentation of the development application
- Preparation and presentation of the building permit application
- Starting the tendering process and receiving tenders for the project.
